These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Speedy ("Application," "we," "our," or "company"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

  • Speedy is a mobile application that allows users to connect, chat, and engage in voice and video calls.
  • The messaging system is coin-based. Users may purchase coins or earn free coins to access features of the Application.
  • Post-match messaging is subject to a 5-minute rule. If no message is sent within 5 minutes, the chat closes. Each message extends the time, and users may purchase a "boost" to extend the chat duration up to 24 hours.

2. Membership and Account Management

  • The Application may only be used by individuals 18 years of age or older.
  • During registration, users provide information such as name, age, gender, location, and photos based on self-declaration.
  • The Application does not guarantee the accuracy of such information; responsibility lies entirely with the user.
  • Users are solely responsible for the security of their accounts (passwords, device access, etc.).
  • Fake or fraudulent accounts may be created, and the Application may not be able to prevent all of them. Users must independently verify the authenticity of the people they communicate with.

3. Coins and Payment System

  • Coins are used for messaging, boosts, and other premium features within the Application.
  • New users may be granted a certain number of free coins upon registration. This amount may be changed at any time by the Application.
  • Coin prices, promotions, and spending conditions may change without prior notice.
  • Purchased coins are non-refundable.
  • Users with sufficient coin balances may access all features of the Application.

4. Rules of Use

By using the Application, users agree to comply with the following rules:

  1. Illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, or obscene content must not be shared.
  2. Personal and sensitive information (such as address, phone number, or banking details) must not be shared within the Application.
  3. Impersonating others or providing false information is prohibited.
  4. Commercial activities, advertisements, or spam are prohibited on the platform.
  5. In voice and video calls, sharing sensitive content is the sole responsibility of the user. The company shall not be held liable for device-level recordings or manipulations.

5. Security and Risks

  • The Application encrypts messages, but it cannot prevent users from taking screenshots, recordings, or similar actions on their own devices.
  • By using the Application, users acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • The Application does not guarantee the security of personal information exchanged between users.
  • The company is not responsible for damages arising from fake profiles, false statements, or manipulations.

6. Limitation and Termination of Service

  • The Application reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts of users who violate these Terms.
  • The company may modify, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time.
  • Upon account termination, coin balances, content, or user data may be deleted, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs, software, content, and trademarks of the Application are owned by the company.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, rent, or distribute any part of the Application without prior authorization.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Application does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
  • The Application is not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information or for interactions between users.
  • The company shall not be held liable for damages resulting from third-party software, device manipulations, or misuse.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side).

10. Changes

  • The company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.
  • Users may view the updated Terms within the Application. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
